Carly Simon is an American musician. She released the albums Anticipation in 1971, No Secrets in 1972, Hotcakes in 1974, and Moonlight Serenade in 2005. Simon wrote and performed You're So Vain and her most popular songs include You Belong to Me and Haven't Got Time for the Pain. At the start of the 21st century, Simon launched a parallel career as a children's author. She has appeared in the documentaries Carly Simon - No Secrets and Greenwich Village: Music that Defined a Generation, as well as the film Carly Simon: A Moonlight Serenade On the Queen Mary 2.
