Bill Bailey is a British comedian, musician, and actor. He is best known for his role as Manny in the TV series Black Books. He has regularly appeared on the panel show Never Mind the Buzzcocks. Bailey wrote and starred in his own sketch comedy series Is It Bill Bailey?, and appeared in series including Asylum and Spaced. He has also appeared in the films Hot Fuzz and The Smeds and the Smoos. Bailey has released music albums, and his most popular songs include Love Song, Oblivion, and 70s Cop Show.
