English musician, singer-songwriter and record producer, bassist for The Who
John Entwistle was an English musician; bassist for The Who (1944-2002). He released his first solo album in 1971, followed by Smash Your Head Against the Wall, Mad Dog, and Too Late the Hero. Entwistle played with Ringo Starr's supergroup and appeared in the documentaries The Who: The Kids Are Alright and Woodstock - 3 Days of Peace & Music. Among his most popular songs are My Size and Cousin Kevin.
