Cherie Currie is an American musician and actress. She was the lead singer of The Runaways from 1975 until 1977 when she left the band. Currie released the albums Beauty's Only Skin Deep, Blvds of Splendor, and The Motivator with Brie Howard. Her most popular songs include Cherry Bomb, Here Today, Gone Tomorrow, and Mr. X. Currie has appeared in the documentaries Suzi Q and Fanny: The Right To Rock, as well as the film Hansel & Gretel: Warriors of Witchcraft.
