Warren G is an American rapper and record producer. He is known for his 1994 hit single Regulate featuring Nate Dogg, featured on his debut album Regulate… G Funk Era. Warren G went on to release albums including The Return of the Regulator and Take a Look Over Your Shoulder, and singles such as This D.J. and Cali 2 Canada with Snoop Dogg. He formed the group 213 with Nate Dogg and Snoop Dogg in 1990 and signed to Def Jam Records. Warren G has also appeared in the documentaries Freeway: Crack in the System, Survivors Guide to Prison, and the film Old School.
