David Icke is an English author and conspiracy theorist. He played professional football for Hereford United F.C. and later became a sports broadcaster. Following a visit to a psychic in 1990 who told him he was on Earth for a purpose and would receive messages from the spirit world, he began his new career. He has written numerous self-published books since the mid-1990s and spoken in more than 25 countries.
