Kobe Bryant was an American basketball player (1978-2020). He exclusively played for the Lakers throughout his 20-year career, becoming an 18-time All Star and winning five NBA championships. Bryant appeared in the documentaries Michael Jackson’s Journey from Motown to Off the Wall, Nowitzki: The Perfect Shot, and The Drew, and worked with Jay Chou on the single Spark. Bryant won an Academy Award for Best Animated Short Film for Dear Basketball in 2018.
