John Ashley was an American actor, producer, and singer. His film credits include Beach Blanket Bingo, Beach Party, Hud alongside Paul Newman, Bikini Beach, and Beyond Atlantis. In the late 1960s, Ashley produced the film Black Mama, White Mama. He later teamed with Frank Lupo, executive producing TV movies and adventure series, and producing the series The A-Team. Ashley also released the single Bermuda.
