40-year old Liza (Sutton Foster) is having trouble getting back into the working world until a chance encounter with tattoo artist Josh (Nico Tortorella) convinces her she looks younger than she is. Armed with a make-over from her best friend Maggie (Debi Mazar) and a carefully crafted online identity, Liza passes herself off as a twenty-something and lands a job in the field of her dreams. Now she just has to keep the secret from her younger colleague Kelsey (Hilary Duff) and her boss Diana (Miriam Shor).
