Anika Noni Rose is an American actress. She earned a degree in theater from Florida A&M University. Her film credits include From Justin to Kelly, Dreamgirls, where she appeared alongside Beyoncé, The Princess and the Frog, in which she provided the voice, and A Day Late and a Dollar Short. She has also been in Everything, Everything and Outlaw Johnny Black. She appears on the album The Princess and The Frog with Jim Cummings and Randy Newman, which features some of her most popular songs including Almost There, as well as the songs Special Spice (from Tiana's Bayou Adventure) and So Much More.
