Kate Higgins is an American voice actress. Higgins voiced Miki Kurosaki in Digimon Data Squad, Sakura Haruno in Naruto, and characters in Eureka Seven. She has also appeared in the Alpha and Omega franchise and the films Monster High: Why Do Ghouls Fall in Love?, Monster High: Fright On!, and Monster High: Frights, Camera, Action!. Beyond voice acting, Higgins has made music contributions, with one of her most popular songs being Waiting On My Heart.
