Griffin Newman is an American actor and comedian. His film credits include Free the Nipple, Bakery in Brooklyn, and Turn Me On. Newman has also appeared as a series regular on Vinyl and on Blue Bloods. He starred in The Tick alongside Peter Serafinowicz, and has continued to work in short films and pilots. He plays Pavement drummer Steve West in the 2024 experimental film Pavements. Newman cohosted the film reviews podcast Blank Check with Griffin & David.
