Billie Richards was a Canadian actress (1921-2010). She began her professional career in radio and later transitioned to voice acting for animated characters. Richards voiced Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer in Rankin/Bass productions from 1964 to 1979. She also appeared in television, including the series Care Bears.
