Charles Fleischer is an American stand-up comedian, actor, writer, and musician. Fleischer is best known for providing voice acting for the iconic character in Roger Rabbit in the film Who Framed Roger Rabbit and has appeared in films such as Deadly Friend, My Girl 2, Tales from the Crypt Presents: Demon Knight, Permanent Midnight, Genius, and Ground Control alongside Kiefer Sutherland. He also had a recurring role in the TV series Welcome Back Kotter during the 1978-79 season and performed comedy on HBO's One Night Stand.
