Lee Norris is an American actor. He appeared in The Torkelsons as Chuckie Lee Torkelson from 1991-1993 and in Boy Meets World as Stuart Minkus from 1993-1998. He co-starred with Sophia Bush in the nighttime soap One Tree Hill, in which he played Marvin 'Mouth' McFadden from 2003 to 2012. Norris has also appeared in films such as Zodiac, Blood Done Sign My Name, Surf School, the Apple Original Film Greyhound, and A Christmas Wish.
