Mary Elizabeth McGlynn is an American voice actress and director. She is best known for voicing Motoko Kusanagi in the English-language dub of the Ghost in the Shell series, as well as Julia in Cowboy Bebop. McGlynn has provided vocals in numerous films, TV shows, and video games. She has also appeared in live-action films such as Air Rage  and Invisible Dad.
