Roger Rees was a Welsh actor and director. His film credits include A Christmas Carol, Mountains of the Moon, Robin Hood: Men in Tights, Garfield: A Tail of Two Kitties, and The Pink Panther. On television, Rees co-starred as Thomas Paine in the miniseries Liberty! The American Revolution and appeared in the film Survivor released in 2015. He also appeared in the series The West Wing.
