Ryo Horikawa is a Japanese actor and voice actor. He is known for voicing Vegeta in the Dragon Ball series, Andromeda Shun in Saint Seiya, Reinhard von Lohengramm in Legend of the Galactic Heroes, Heiji Hattori in Detective Conan, and Captain Falcon in the Super Smash Bros. series. Horikawa has also appeared in the film Dragon Ball Super: Broly and the series Rainy Cocoa. He married fellow voice actress Hitomi Oikawa in 1988.
