Frank Kelly was an Irish actor. He played Father Jack Hackett in Father Ted and appeared in the movies Mrs. Brown's Boys D'Movie, Taffin with Pierce Brosnan, Turning Green, and Waiting for Dublin. Kelly also released the comedy albums Christmas Countdown and Comedy Countdown. Frank Kelly passed away in 2016.
