Russell Arms was an American singer and actor. His television credits include the series Bud and Lou and the special A Salute to Television's 25th Anniversary. Arms appeared in films such as Captains of the Clouds with James Cagney, Sons of New Mexico, Tornado Range, By the Light of the Silvery Moon with Doris Day, and Loaded Pistols. He also released the singles Cinco Robles and Is There a Heaven / I Saw a Star.
