Alan Muraoka is a Japanese-American actor and director. He plays Alan on Sesame Street and has appeared in films such as Elmo's World: Springtime Fun!, Sesame Street: Let's Make Music, Sesame Street: Elmo's Magic Cookbook, Sesame Street: C is for Cookie Monster, and Sesame Street: Preschool Is Cool! Counting With Elmo. Muraoka has also hosted Headspace's children's film podcast Goodnight, World! He is currently a board member of the Bayard Rustin Center for Social Justice.
