Maurice Benard is an American actor. He appeared in the film Lucy And Desi: Before The Laughter in 1991. Benard later began a role as Sonny Corinthos in General Hospital. He has since appeared in the films A Lover Betrayed, Nightmare Cinema, and Equal Standard with Ice-T.
