American actress and singer (1915–1998)

Alice Faye was an American actress and singer (1915-1998). She began her career in the chorus at The Capitol Theatre before being signed to a long-term contract with 20th Century Fox. Faye appeared in films such as Fallen Angel, The Gang's All Here, Poor Little Rich Girl, and Stowaway. She was also featured in the documentary The Hollywood Collection: Shirley Temple, America's Little Darling. Beyond her film work, Faye released albums including Alice Faye Sings Her Famous Movie Hits. Her most popular songs included the singles You'll Never Know and Hello Frisco, Hello.
