Harold Perrineau is an American actor. He played Mercutio in Baz Luhrmann's Romeo + Juliet and Augustus Hill in the HBO prison drama series Oz from 1997 to 2003. Perrineau later portrayed Michael Dawson in J.J. Abrams' Lost. He also appeared in the films 28 Weeks Later  and the series Claws, From, and The Best Man: The Final Chapters.Perrineau starred in the film The Killing Jar in 2010. He released the EP Stay Strong.
