Masterson appeared on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine and in The Flash, the documentary Trekkies, and films Sometimes They Come Back…for More, Lightning: Fire from the Sky with Jesse Eisenberg, Creature Unknown, Manticore, and Manipulated. She also starred in the film Yesterday Was a Lie.
