Billy Boyd is a Scottish actor and musician. He played Peregrin 'Pippin' Took in The Lord of the Rings trilogy, appearing in films such as The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring, The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers, and The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King. He also appeared in Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World  and Seed of Chucky. Boyd fronted the band Beecake. He hosted the podcast The Friendship Onion.
