Jason Downs is an American singer and actor. His film credits include Gospel Hill, Hairspray, Clara's Heart, Park City, and Racing Daylight, where he appeared alongside David Strathairn, Melissa Leo, and Giancarlo Esposito. Downs also produced the film Come Lovely and appeared in the television series NCIS: Hawaii. Downs has also made music contributions, notably his popular song Bitch of the Week.
