David Cassidy was an American actor and singer. He appeared in the series The Partridge Family and later in Ruby & the Rockits alongside Austin Butler. Cassidy also starred in the films Instant Karma and The Spirit of '76. He had pop hits with the Partridge Family and solo, including Cherish and How Can I Be Sure. Cassidy passed away in 2017.
