Bruce Campbell is an American actor and filmmaker. He is best known as Ash in The Evil Dead franchise and reprised this role in the television series Ash vs. Evil Dead, which ran from 2015 to 2018. Campbell directed and produced the film Man With the Screaming Brain, and produced the films Black Friday and Evil Dead Rise. He also appeared in the film Sky High and in the television series Burn Notice, Hysteria!, and Xena: Warrior Princess.
