Geoffrey Rush is an Australian actor. He appeared in Children of the Revolution, Shine, for which he received the Academy Award for Best Actor, and Shakespeare in Love. Rush also starred in the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise and The Life and Death of Peter Sellers, for which he received the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Limited Series or Movie. He received the Tony Award for Best Actor in a Play for his performance in Exit the King. Rush has also appeared in The King's Speech, Quills, and Frida.
