Buddy Hackett was an American actor and comedian (1924-2003). His film credits included Scrooged, It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World, The Love Bug, and The Music Man. He also appeared in Paulie and provided the voice of Scuttle in Disney's The Little Mermaid and its sequel The Little Mermaid II: Return to the Sea. Additionally, he was known for his popular single Buddy Hackett Sings.
