Sofia Carson is an American singer and actress. She starred in the Descendants film franchise, as well as the television film Adventures in Babysitting with Sabrina Carpenter, and the series Soy Luna.

As a singer, she signed to BMI Records in 2012 and later moved to the Hollywood Records roster. She appeared on all three Descendants soundtracks and the soundtrack to the film Purple Hearts, which she also starred in. She released her self-titled debut album in 2022 and has collaborated with artists including Galantis and Andrea Bocelli.
