Sean Connery was a Scottish actor (1930-2020). He was the first actor to portray the character James Bond and starred in seven Bond films, including Dr. No, Goldfinger, and Never Say Never Again. Connery would go on to win the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role in the 1987 film The Untouchables.
