Kate Hudson is an American actress and singer. She is known for her role as Penny Lane in the film Almost Famous, for which she received the Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actress - Motion Picture. Hudson's film credits include Nine, A Little Bit of Heaven, Deepwater Horizon, Fool's Gold, and How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days. She has starred in the series Running Point. She also appeared in the Apple Original series Truth Be Told and produced the film Bride Wars. Beyond acting, Hudson co-hosts the IHeartRadio podcast Sibling Revelry with her brother, actor Oliver Hudson. She has released the singles Voices Carry, Talk About Love, and Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas.
