Stevie Ray Vaughan & Double Trouble was an American musical group. They released albums including Texas Flood, Couldn't Stand the Weather, In Step, and The Essential Stevie Ray Vaughan and Double Trouble. The group's most popular songs include Pride and Joy, Voodoo Child (Slight Return), and the title track from their debut album Texas Flood. Stevie Ray Vaughan died in a helicopter crash in August 1990, leading to the group's dissolution that same year. The films Stevie Ray Vaughan and Double Trouble: Live At the El Mocambo and Stevie Ray Vaughan and Double Trouble: Live From Austin, Texas were released posthumously in 1991 and 1997, respectively, featuring archival footage of the group.
