American actor (1945–2021)
Charles Robinson was an American actor (1945-2021). Robinson appeared in the miniseries sequel Roots: The Next Generation, the films Sugar Hill, Project: ALF, Hoovey, and the series The Guest Book. He played the regular role of Mac Robinson in the long-running courthouse sitcom Night Court from 1984 to 1992. Following this, Robinson took on the regular role of bartender/manager Abe Johnson in the sitcom Love & War.
