Chad Lowe is an American actor and director. He is the younger brother of actor Rob Lowe. His television credits include roles in Pretty Little Liars, where he played Byron Montgomery and directed episodes, and 24, where he played Deputy White House Chief of Staff Reed Pollock. Lowe also appeared in Highway to Hell and received the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series in 1993 for his role in Life Goes On. Lowe's filmography includes Hailey Dean Mysteries: 2+2=Murder, In the Presence of Mine Enemies, Target Earth, and Unfaithful. He has also directed episodes of Notorious and hosted Wondery's Society & Culture podcast The Big Break.
