Kenny Edwards
American musician (1946-2010)
Kenny Edwards was an American musician. He formed a folk group with Bob Kimmel in 1965 which evolved into The Stone Poneys upon Linda Ronstadt's joining. As a member of this group, he recorded the hit song Different Drum. Edwards released the albums Resurrection Road, I Need Me A Woman With Some Food Stamps, and Kenny Edwards. His most popular songs include I Need Me a Woman With Some Food Stamps, Because It's You, and the title track from Resurrection Road.
