Sammy Kershaw is an American country musician. He had a streak of Top Ten Country hits in the first half of the 90s and released the albums Don't Go Near the Water, Politics, Religion and Her, and The Definitive Collection: Sammy Kershaw. His most popular songs include She Don't Know She's Beautiful, Queen of My Double Wide Trailer, and Vidalia. At the turn of the millennium, Kershaw's musical style drifted towards country-pop. He later went indie in the 2000s and settled into a traditionalist sound. Kershaw has appeared in the films Fall Time and Dean Teaster's Ghost Town.
