Yemi Alade is a Nigerian singer and songwriter. She released her debut single Fimisile in 2009 and won the Peak Talent Show that same year. She signed a deal with Effyzzie Music Group and went on to release the popular single Johnny and her debut album King of Queens, followed by the albums Mama Africa (The Diary of an African Woman) and Rebel Queen.

Alade collaborated with Mr Eazi and Tekno on the song DON'T JEALOUS ME and with Beyoncé and Moonchild Sanelly on MY POWER.  She also appeared in the film Black Is King alongside Beyoncé and Jay-Z.
