Black Sabbath was a British heavy metal band. Black Sabbath pioneered heavy metal music and released the albums Black Sabbath, Paranoid, Master of Reality, and Sabbath Bloody Sabbath. After Ozzy Osbourne's departure in 1979, the band recruited Ronnie James Dio and released three influential albums before Osbourne's return. The band has popular songs including Iron Man and War Pigs / Luke's Wall. Black Sabbath appeared in the documentary Classic Albums: Black Sabbath - Paranoid.
