Richard Bellis is an American composer. He composed and arranged music for the opening of EPCOT Center. Bellis wrote music for several Disney theme park attractions, including the Indiana Jones Adventure Stunt Show at Disney's Hollywood Studios and Star Tours. Bellis wrote the music for Stephen King's IT (Soundtrack from the Television Motion Picture), which won an Emmy for Outstanding Individual Achievement in Music Composition for a Miniseries or a Special (Dramatic Underscore). Bellis served as Governor of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (ATAS) and President of the Composers and Lyricists Guild of America (CLGA).
