Carl Cox is a British DJ and producer. A key figure in Britain’s early rave scene, he has released multiple UK Top 40 singles including his debut single I Want You in 1991 and Sensual Sophis-ti-cat in 1996. Cox has released compilation albums such as 1995’s F.A.C.T. and 2010’s Global Underground #38: Carl Cox - Black Rock Desert; and has remixed Moby, Purple Disco Machine, and deadmau5 & The Neptunes. He appears in the documentaries Above Ground Level: Dubfire and What We Started, and the TV series Camden.
