Eartha Kitt was an American singer and actress (1927-2008). She released albums including That Bad Eartha and Revisited. Her most popular songs include Under the Bridges of Paris, Just an Old Fashioned Girl, and Moon River.


Kitt appeared on Broadway in productions such as Blue Holiday, Carib Song, Timbuktu!, and The Wild Party with Toni Collette and Mandy Patinkin. She also toured with a highly successful one-woman show, wrote a best-selling memoir, and played Catwoman in the Batman TV series. She appeared in films including the comedy Boomerang alongside Eddie Murphy and Halle Berry, and the family film Holes.
