Ray Anthony is an American trumpeter, bandleader, and actor. He formed the Ray Anthony Orchestra, which toured across the United States. Anthony composed the theme song for the Dragnet TV show. He released albums such as I Almost Lost My Mind, Plays the Standards, and Young Man With a Horn. Anthony's popular songs include Samba de Orfeu, The Hokey Pokey, and The Peter Gunn Theme. He has also appeared in films, including The Five Pennies.
