Ney Matogrosso is a Brazilian singer. He released the albums Feitiço and Canções Para Um Novo Mundo with Hecto. Matogrosso recorded in Italy with Astor Piazzola, performed in two Montreux Jazz Festivals in Switzerland, and directed shows by RPM, Cazuza, and Simone. His most popular songs include O Mundo é Um Moinho, Amor Perfeito, and Não Existe Pecado ao Sul do Equador. Matogrosso appeared in the documentary O Samba and the film Don't Swallow My Heart, Alligator Girl!.
