John Taylor is an English bassist and member of Duran Duran. Nigel John Taylor was a founding member of Duran Duran, one of the most popular bands of the 1980s. Taylor left Duran Duran in 1997 to pursue a solo recording and film career. He released the albums Essere Amato with Paul Beahan and David Scott Stone, and Terroristen. Taylor's most popular songs include Planet Earth / Good Times, Sin of the City, and Can You Deal with It. He appears in the documentary Duran Duran - Rio and the film The Flintstones in Viva Rock Vegas.
