Bill Shirley

American actor and singer

Bill Shirley was an American actor, singer, and Broadway theater producer. He appeared in films such as A, Abbott and Costello Meet Captain Kidd and I Dream of Jeanie. Shirley is best known for providing the voice of Prince Phillip in Walt Disney's Sleeping Beauty and dubbing Jeremy Brett's singing voice in the 1964 film version of My Fair Lady. Later in his career, he transitioned to producing Broadway theatre. He passed away in 1989.
