James Maslow is an American actor and singer. He began his onscreen acting career with a guest role on iCarly in 2008. Maslow then secured a lead role as James Diamond in the Nickelodeon live-action series Big Time Rush which ran from 2009 to 2013. He was a member of the pop group Big Time Rush formed from the Nickelodeon series of the same name and was cast in the Nickelodeon series-based film Big Time Movie released in 2012. Maslow has also appeared in the films Seeds of Yesterday, It Happened One Valentine’s, and Stars Fell Again. He has released singles All Day, Cheerleader  with Megan Nicole and Tiffany Alvord, and One Call Away.
