Michel Piccoli was a French actor (1925-2020). Piccoli appeared in character roles throughout the 1950s. He went on to star in films such as Belle de Jour and The Young Girls of Rochefort in 1967, Topaz in 1969, The Discreet Charm of the Bourgeoisie in 1972, and La Belle Noiseuse with Jane Birkin in 1993. Piccoli collaborated with renowned directors Luis Buñuel, Alfred Hitchcock, and Eric Chabrol.
